bike for olympic distance

I am on the market for a new bike. at the moment i am riding a 2005
trek 1500. i have been racing on the ITU circuit this last year. i have
a budget of about $2500. however due to itu rules as well as race
distance i am not going to buy a tri bike. i would prefer a road bike
with more aggressive geometry/clip on aerobars(the little ones we use)
and a forward/flippable seatpost. any suggestions? i was thinking about
a cervelo soloist or even a new trek (even though the former has more
tri specific geometry)

can't beat the soloist, it's awesome! reasonable priced too.......

thanks RJS but i'm a size 58.
Actually looking at the new Cervelo 2007 bikes as we speak. i live in
Europe so these bikes are quite difficult to get hold of. I will be in
the US in April so i may pick up a Soloist frame while i'm there, and
also get fitted, and then get the rest of the components from back
home. that would probably be the best deal for me. I believe bike fit
is the most important thing before making a decision.

Thanks for the input guys. Appreciate it

Pete
