  1. i bought a trek madone 4.5. does anyone in montreal know which store will do a computerized fit. i will also accept a recommendation for a store that is able to to do a skillful "hands-on" fit. thank you in advance for any and all advice/information/recommendations.

    I've done a few fit sessions over the years. The last one employed a computer program and I must say it was really a waste of time and money. All it really did was make it clear to me that I knew more about good fit then the guy doing the fitting.

    There are just too many personal variables that go into determining what is the ideal setup for you. We all have different levels of flexibility and riding preferences.

    You may wish to educate yourself about all the variables that impact your fit on the bike. Then if you want to work with someone you will be equipped to judge whether or not what they are telling you is in fact applicable to you.
