This weekend I found a bike store that had a new Bike E for sale, for $475.00. I have since
discovered that the mfg. is out of business. Would the Bike E be a good and safe buy? The store
would honor the mfg. guarantee. TIA

That expensive if it's a CT. They've been selling in the 300.00 range since they went under. They
are good bikes, but not speed machines. SHould be plenty of parts out there for the foreseeable
future. They had several models with a big price spread, so it depends on what they have. Find out
and post back.
