Has anyone used Garmin or other cyclometer data to piece together what happened in a crash? I'm asking because I was knocked out at the top of New La Honda Road in Woodside, CA last month and have used my Garmin to try get a better sense of what happened. I was riding solo and didn't really come back until the paramedics put me on the stretcher. My Garmin shows pretty much what happened in terms of speed and location (and heart rate).
I'm thinking of writing about it (I'm a reporter at the New York Times) and was wondering if there were others who had similar experiences? Thanks!
