Assuming you're really cleaning, scrubbing, degreasing and re-lubing, there aren't any drivetrain parts you need to be too wary of. Sure, you shouldn't blast hubs or BBs with high pressure water or immerse them in a serious degreaser, but avoiding those situations isn't too hard.

The derailleurs, chain, cable exits, and so on can all be cleaned as thoroughly as you like -- just don't forget to use an appropriate lube once you're done. What's an appropriate lube, you ask? I'd get into it but:

a) there are lots of deeply held personal opinions on the matter, so it's not a quick subject, and...

b) given that, I need to get on the bike and pedal my a$s home before it gets too dark and cold outside.
