Is Simple Green a safe all over bike cleaner? I dont want to take any chances and damage any components. (I ride a a Specialized Allez Elite road bike, if that is a required variable)

I use it in a Park chain cleaner, dilute 50:50 with water, then rinse, dry and lube.
