  1. Well, Cannondale lied. They didn't have my bike in stock, but that's good
    news. Now I'm considering the
    Calfee Luna
    Klein Aura X
    Klein XV
    Litespeed Firenze

What are your views, opinions, and last and not least "real" experiences
    with these products?

    Thanks ahead of time.

    There are only 2 choices.

If you are of the "Lance is clean; Lance is great" persuasion, get a
    Trek.

If you are of the "Greg is right; Lance is a doper" persuasion, get a
    (Trek) Lemond.

All those other bikes are [censored].

BINGO! Trek is worried about losing market share due to an anti-Lance
backlash. Therefore, they send Lemond out to attract the anti-Lance crowd.
This will differentiate the brands and help give the Lemond tag some
significance - as it seems to be a brand without a strong identity. Well,
    it is gaining one now!

I know, but what is a newsgroup without a conspiracy theory of some sort
    floating around?
