Has anyone out there tried running a hayes disc in a set of Avid claipers.
I have this odd dilemma: A new hardtail frame that is disc specific. I have a decent set of levers
and a set of Crossmax disc wheels. In the interest of not spending exorbitant sums of money, can I
slap on a set of Avid mechanicals and be able to use the hayes rotors that are already mounted on
the wheels?

There's agood chance it will work, given the same rotor size obviously.
I used a set of Hayes rotors with Magura Louise calipers without problems.
