  1. Returning to US from Amsterdam, June 2004, and we'll need boxes. Using NW
    Airlines. Are boxes available at Schiphol? Local NW Airline agents are
    very indecisive, knowledge-wise.

    Yes, at KLM's Odd size luggage departement. although I'm not completely sure
    if they sell to non KLM passengers as well.

  5. If you can´t have it confirmed while in Holland, just go to any bike shop
    and get some. You just have to make sure that the cab to the airport is
    sufficiently large.
