I wanted to buy a tool kit, cage, water bottle and an under-seat bag for my new Schwinn High Timber. No matter which online bike accessory store I look at, they don't have at least one of the items, or at least a big enough selection to make a decent choice. This means buying from two or more oufits and paying an excess in shipping costs!
Can someone recommend a URL where I would get a huge selection so that I may buy what I want with only one shipping fee?
Also, would anyone recommend or NOT recommend the Park WTK-1 Tool Kit for a newbie? Would I be better off going to a localbike shop and buying the individual items? The kit goes for about $20., including shipping, on eBay.

Toolkits are nice, but more helpful if you know how to use them Your LBS (see yellow pages search info) might offer repair classes or basic cycling classes. Or they'll have E-Z repair manuals. Not to mention info on local clubs and rides.
Alfred E. Bike has just about everything under the sun in one place. Their prices are fair, but usually not the lowest, except that they are especially reasonable on OEM parts like Shimano drivetrain/shifters/chains, etc.
