the fork probably wouldn't snap but as it is a low end fork, it is likely that the fork would not be able to take the rotational force induced by braking and twist. Over time this would severely damage the fork. 180mm rotor is enough for most applications. Your fork is not suitable for any applications that require a big disk so there is no point upgrading the disk. what is the spec of the rest of the bike?

i'd reccomend if you were gonna do 203mm you would be doing DH'ing
