  1. I figure when you get good service you ought to go and tell people
about it, and even if there is a (slim) chance that some of the people
in my local club (especially the women) __might__ end up buying stuff
off of this website, I figure I should do my saying something nice in a
place where actual customers might be found.

I admit to being fairly annoyed over the length of time everything
took, though it wasn't their fault that my wallet (and credit card)
went walkabout the same afternoon as I finally found out my street
address (let's just say I don't get a whole lot of mail). Then, of
course, the person doing the buying on my behalf took over a week to
actually make the purchase. And there was a screw up in my first
jersey going to that person's address (in the US) instead of my address
(in China) but that was okay because, at the same time, my bank decided
to send my new credit card to the wrong address in the wrong country
and everything got to get bundled up in one nice package.

None of that was their fault. Can't blame them over that. Can only
    blame the universe.

The first jersey arrived relatively promptly. The second jersey was
out of stock when I ordered. By the time the second jersey was in
stock everything had been all cleared up about sending things to
something other than the address they'd been billed to and that arrived
about a month ago. With a hole in it. Seams in poor condition upon
inspection. Pattern not matching up across the zipper line. And
smaller and tighter than it should have been for that brand/size combo.

Best I can tell is they got a factory second in and didn't inspect
before bundling it out to the customer in another country. Because a
replacement jersey in perfect condition arrived today. Without me
having to pay to send the original jersey back (merely sending photos
    of it).

So I'm very happy. Cause I'm the _only_ person in the club who has
pretty clothing that _doesn't_ have advertising on it and the
impression my new jerseys has caused got the bike shop to actually go
so far as to stock women's specific clothing and to get a bunch of
other fancy nice almost not as much advertising... and it's cool.

  2. I loved reading your post.

Its situations like you describe here that build strength and
    character.

Don't ask me how I know that. :-)

Experience is the name people call their mistakes after they have
    happened...
