Does anyone know how to rectify the chain skip that happens a lot during the rainy season. I tried servicing my Cannondale and fiddling around with a few things myself but it doesn’t help…

But for now, these are the causes I'm familiar with: stretched chain, bent chain, stiff chain link, bent chainring, bent cassette cog, bent derailleur hanger, or derailleur out of adjustment. Without more background and specific symptoms, it's hard to tell.
