Well, it look pretty, but are the loops spaced wide enough apart for it to
be of any practical use as a bicycle stand, I wonder.

;-) That looks like a fairly significant building behind the stand so it
shouldn't be too hard to find.

Yeah, but that'll have been the photographer. He probably took along an
angle grinder to get the best shot.
