    Hi

    I do a project need to know about bicycle lights laws in all
    countries worldwide.

    As I know most of western countries (developed
    countries) have a bicycle safety light laws which
    required all bicyclists has safety lights on the bicycle
    when it is in night.

    Some developing countries there is no this kind of laws.

    Could someone tell me which website together all information
    about this kind laws, so I can check out very easliy.

    I am specially want to know in Russia. China India.
