  1. Is there a form of racing that involves a circuit of left and right turns (hairpins, esses, swoops
    and bends)? It could be made on parking lots with traffic cones.

    About 12-15 years ago, there was an attempt to do racing of that nature. IIRC, they were going to
    call it Formula 1 (24" wheels, smooth tires, flat handlebars, and gears). I think they were trying
    to go after older age BMX riders. This was before mountain biking caught on big time.
