  1. I just noticed that when I do bi-lateral breathing I breath at different
    part of the stroke on each side, does anybody have any advice about when you
    should breath during each stroke.

    Why bother? Pick a side to breathe and stay there, you're head shouldn't
    need to turn much at all anyway.
