I've just noticed that when I do bi-lateral breathing I breath at different
parts of the stroke on each side, has anybody got any advice about what is
the most efficiant time to breath during the stroke ??

I've been trying to get a feel for my stroke when I don't breathe and
then try to carry that over through a breath. It usually means I have
to intentionally breathe faster, and consciously keep my body higher
(and leveller) in the water. Then I fall back into old patterns. ;-)
