I have a bulging disk which causes moderate but chronic pain due to nerve
compression. I am trying to avoid a second back-surgery. The pain is greatly
ameliorated if I use one of the following medications on a daily basis:
Aspirin 4 x 350 mg Feldene 1 x 20 mg Acetaminophen 4 x 500
Ibuprofen 4 x 200 mg Vicodin 2 x 5/500mg
Since I will have to take the best one of these medications
for the rest of my life (75 YO), could someone please tell
me which of these medications has the least side-effects in
a long term application.
My doctor says to try them all. Does this make sense?
Any other suggestions for pain relief? (Anything without bad
side effects?
:-)
Thank you
