  1. Hi

    I mostly used Durum flour, and All-Purpose-Flour, or anything on sale.
    I would like to know which type of flower is good for people on diet.

    Right I am eating substituting oatmeal for flour, although I do eat
    one, time to time.

    Bit about me. Well, male, in 30s, working/studying. I use to be obese;
    height 68inch, Weight: 214lb. Ever since I start dieting, I have lost
    24lb 🙂 As of this month I am no longer obese, pointer is on 190lb 🙂

    PS: I would like thank everything helping me with this stuff.

  2. for Best Flower, I propose chrysanthemums.

    Nasturtiums are both pretty AND make a tasty addition to a salad!

    I'm growing them this year for the first time. I heard they don't
    like heat, so I'm growing them in pots so I can keep them shaded
    within the garden by sticking them near other plants.

    Maybe after I grow them, I'll vote for them, but for now I vote for
    the sunflower, which produces my favorite salad topping and my
    favorite cooking oil (after olive).
