Any suggested exercises?I like holding a dumbbell wrapped in a towel against my head while
laying on a flat bench with my head off the end. I do 4-way
extensions/curls (front/back/side/side). Increase the weight very
slowly, and make sure you're going nice and slow through the movements.
Stopping and holding the contraction will help you avoid cheating and
increasing the weight when you're not ready.Cheers,
