    The butt is a half of the shoulder. The other half is the
    picnic. You sometimes see things like pork butt shoulder but
    it is only half of the cut.

    I like butts because there is less trimming of skin, etc. I
    can get boneless at a good price making it even faster to
    cut up for grinding. You will find more information my web
