  1. I screwed up my rims just slightly today. You can't tell visibly that one part is bent but when you spin the wheel it rocks on its axis, and if you feel along the rim you can feel as it dents. Is it possible to have a bike shop repair or bang out the rims?
    Also, do bike shops help to put together wheels (attaching the spokes from the rim to the hubs?).

    Yes, it is possible, but the results may be less than desireable in the long run.
    Yes, bicycle shops build bicycle wheels.
