It looks like some owners have bent bars themselves from cut down drop

Which ones are custom bent? I don't think many people would try it given the risk of snapping or at least reducing the strength of the bar. Are you sure it's not just cut down drop bars or "H" bars or bullhorns? Then again.. given fix riders.. I'm sure they'll try anything! :-)
