  1. What is your longest time you have your SL repaired by Saris? 2 weeks and counting here. I try to convince myself is the end of the season but whenever I ride I "need" my power reading. 😄 Besides, I am running out of rear wheels. I stripped the lock ring threads on the drive shell body of my Chris King rear hub. I am looking at least $100 for the replacement. Now, I am down to my Shimano wh535 rear wheel which I have them for 5 years. It weights as much as my powertap sl wheel, or even more. I will go crazy if I don't get my powertap sl wheel back by Oct 1st. My off season training begins.

    6 weeks. 🙁

  3. Maybe you should cut back on the coffee if you are stripping lock ring threads.😉

  4. About 5 weeks. 😠 This was in the middle of the season - granted, it was while they re-designed the SL hub.

Honestly, I never got any satisfaction from the various people who answered the customer service line. I got Kellen Pagel's email from this forum and he (she? :o ) sorted me out immediately - following a pretty forceful email expressing my extreme dissatisfaction and disappointment. [email hidden]
Other direct emails - [email hidden] and [email hidden]

    Good luck.
