Here's the pic of the beef stew I described a few days ago.

I made stuffed mushrooms for the gang to munch on while watching the
football game yesterday. The large mushroom caps were stuffed with
escargo, garlic sauce, and topped with mozzarella. This was enough for
6 of us.

I would have never thought to stuff the mushrooms with escargo, but it looks
wonderful! Did you use lots of garlic?
