meaty beef neck bones can be absolutely delicious (braised - tastes like
chuck roast and almost like oxtails, actually). Served up with the green of
your choice and mashed potates, wonderful!Jill

Thanks Jill. I thought the room was empty or I was being ostracized.
Maybe deserved.
I was thinking braise with some collard greens and cornbread. Collards
are still looking
good, maybe a little large. . . fans in warm weather or foot warmers
in the cold. -

The disease in question is CJD, Crutchfield Jakobs Disease.
