  1. Beef Leftover Casserole

Cooked beef, cut up in bite-size pieces
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. beef bouillon granules
    Minced onion to taste
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1 can beefy mushroom soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 soup can of water
    1 cup quick-cooking rice
    Fresh mushrooms, chopped (optional)

Add all above to crockpot & cook on low for about 7 to 8 hours.
If meat is very tender, may be baked in a casserole at 350 degree
oven for 30 to 45 minutes, or may cook meat in 1 cup of water until
very tender, then proceed with oven method.
This is very flexible & amount of meat can vary, but you need about
    2 cups of meat.
