Just had a live report from Russel Square over today's TfL report.
Roger Geffen from CTC interviewed, and came over very well. He refuted the claim that red light jumping is justified by this report (as he said, it is one line on the report) and stressed cycle training and good road positioning. Pat on the back to that man.
I saw that and thought that while his message was very good HE came over a bit geeky and not very clear speaking. Perhaps he gets nervous on TV, as most people would. Did you notice the women in the background cycle up the inside of a line of stationary cars, presumably through a red light, and over what looked like a ped crossing at the beginning of the piece?
