  1. Barbecue Sauce

    2 Tbsp Butter
    1 onion chopped fine
    2 cloves of garlic-minced
    2 cups of water
    1/4 tsp salt
    4 Tbsp chili powder
    4 Tbsp brown sugar
    4 Tbsp vinegar
    4 Tbsp Worestershire sauce
    1 cup catsup
    1 tsp Tabasco

    Melt butter and cook onion and garlic till soft. Add water and remaining
    ingredients-stir well until mixed-simmer over medium-low heat for 30 minutes.

    Place ribs (works on Pork or Beef have done both)cover with sauce-cover with
    aluminuim foil and marinate at room temp** Preheat oven 350 degrees leavefoil in
    place and bake 1 hour 15 mins-keep checking (with foil in Place) until nice and
    tender then uncover and let ribs get darker and sauce thicker.
    They are finger licking good.

    **I start ribs marinating in the morning then put them in the refriderator for the
    night.
