There is a bit of vibration going downhill at 30mph, so yes, but not wildly
so. I should probably strengthen the right angle bend as it wasn't the best
bit of engineering on the bracket and would be a key point of failure. A
small triangulation piece should do, and would also stiffen it up a bit.

Alternatively, I could sew some velcro straps to the base of the bag. That
might be easier.
