I was thinking about a 'bullhead' bars ?????
Anyone have any suggestions ?
Need more options for grip/positioning.
The word you're looking for is "bullhorn".
Your bike is listed as having "Shimano EF-50, EZ Fire,...shift lever", which probably follows the MTB standard of 7/8" bar diameter. 22-point-something mm.
Bullhorns follow the road standard which is slightly larger, so a straight swap probably won't work. Not much point either, as sticking a pair of longish bar ends on your current flat bar will give a very similar result.
You can try trekking bars or brahma bars if for some reason you don't want to use bar ends.
The shifters should be a straight fit, but you might have to switch the stem or source a 31.8 to 26 mm shim to fit the bars to the bike(if the spec is right). Particularly the somewhat pretzel-like trekking bars will offer several hand positions.
If you have such back issues you might consider a shorter/higher stem while you're at it.
One thing you aren't telling is how long you've been riding, and how much you're riding. Riding is a form of exercise after all, and your body will respond to it if you give it a chance. If you're riding too little and too infrequent you might never develop the strength needed to stay comfortable.
