  1. Baked Chicken Poupon Crispy Garlic Chicken

    Baked Chicken Poupon

    4 Tbsp. Poupon Dijon Mustard 2 Tbsp. Oil 1 tsp. Garlic
    Powder
    1/2 tsp. Italian Seasoning

    Mix mustard, oil, garlic powder and Italian seasonings in a
    larger bowl, or zippered plastic bag. Add chicken, shaking
    or mixing to coat. Bake at 375 degrees 30 minutes or until
    no pink juices run from meat when poked with fork and
    pressed down on.

    Crispy Garlic Chicken

    1 envelope Lipton's Garlic Mushroom Soup Mix
    2/3 cup Mayonnaise
    3/4 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese 4 boneless, skinless
    Chicken Breast Halves 2 Tbsp. Plain Dry Bread Crumbs

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine soup
    mix, mayonnaise and cheese, set aside. On non-stick sprayed
    baking sheet, arrange chicken. Evenly top chicken with soup
    mixture, then evenly sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake 30
    minutes or until when chicken is poked with fork and pressed
    on, no pink juices run from meat where poked with fork.
