Wiggle sometimes sell some expensive shorts for much less than RRP, but they
tend to be only the ones that have run out of medium sizes, i.e. they have
small or XXL.

Specifically, Altura sell some cheap shorts £25-40. I got Altura Gravity
from www.cyclesurgery.com for around 26
