  1. Bacon Roll-Ups

    1/4 cup margarine
    1 & 1/2 cup herb-seasoned stuffing mix
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 pound mild pork sausage
    1/2 to 2/3 lb. sliced bacon

    Melt margarine; remove from heat; stir in 1/2 cup water and stuffing mix.
    Add egg and sausage. Blend well. Chill for 1 hour for easier handling.
    Shape into small pecan shaped balls. Cut bacon into thirds crosswise. Wrap
    one piece aound each ball and secure with toothpick. Place on oven rack in
    shallow pan. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 35 minutes; or until crisp and
    brown.

    Drain on paper towels. Serve hot.

    Note:
    May be made day before and refrigerated.
