Well ive started learning backwards coasting so does anyone have any
tips or know anywhere for tutorial or whatever?

You learn it basically the same way as forward coasting. Just ride
backward, ride backward one-footed, then coast. I doesn't seem that
different from forward coasting once you get used to it. I find leg
extended a lot easier than foot in (which I could do about four months
ago, but can't anymore), but that might just be personal

Haha that looks fun, yeh thats what ive been doing so ill just have to
practice it more. tThanks foree the other tips for the stand up glide
transition.
