  1. Hey ppz i jus purchased a racing bike the other day and i am a beginner and i was riding for about half hour and i had an ache in my back i dont know if my seat or handlebars were the right height but can anybody give me any advise please?😄

    Position, position, position. You need to figure out the proper length of stem, proper height of your saddle and proper height for your handle bars. It is all relative to your body type.
