Can somebody explain something to me about ribs? On a decent
sale, I can buy a slab of baby-back ribs for $3-4 per pound.
Occasionally, our local grocer will sell "pork loin back ribs-
boneless" and I can buy those on sale for $1.48#. Is this
the same thing without the bone?

(under) the ribs. Also known as Country Ribs (as opposed to
"Country-Style Ribs" which are cut from the butt/shoulder).There is no such thing as true boneless ribs. They're just
marketing terms.-sw
