hi all.
I've just installed a new cassette which has a larger range than the
previous. Without the chain on the top jockeywheel knocks in to the largest
sprocket even with the b-tension fully tightened. is this correct? should i
be relying on the chain tension to pull the jockey wheels away from the
cassette or should they sit clear without the chain installed.
note: rear mech is long cage.

Keeping the top pulley from hitting larger cogs is accomplished by
screrwing th b limit screw in, tightening a spring in the pivlot,
rotating the cage back. If the screw is all the way in and still
contact, longer screw or shorten the chain by one link.
