I was just browsing through some rbt messages from 1996 and found one about a guy with plans for converting an AW to a two-speed fixie hub. That sounds familiar... So back to Sheldon's site and, yup, there's why. So, my question, has anybody tried this conversion?
The idea's pinging around my head, and I was hoping that someone might have some experience they could share before I go make a royal ass of myself.
