  1. I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's thyroiditis this year. I
understand this is an autoimmune disease.

I have also been complaining to my doctor and
endocrinologist about a strange rash across my abdomen that
comes and goes, my bones and muscles ache, my nose runs, my
ears/sinus areas are congested all the time, and worst of
all, I cannot think straight - very bad brain fog. I am
yawning constantly like I don't sleep, but I get 9 hours.

Other than my thyroid, the doctors think I'm whining.
Could all of this be related to the thyroid, or could it
be my immune system is attacking other things besides just
    my thyroid?

One doctor recently did a full workup (cbc, liver panel,
etc.) everything was normal except TSH was 5 (down from 11
last year). I am only 29 and I feel like total [censored].

  2. All your symptoms can quite likely be due to Hashimoto's. I
suggest you post your message on alt.support.thyroid to get
    more feedback.
