Anyone have some good ideas for a head badge attachment? I am wondering if an adhesive would work (metal to metal) or if there is some super strong double sided material that is used by the MFG's?

There are all kinds of adhesives that will work for that. go to your Hardware store and tell them what you want to do. They should be able to help you.

Any auto parts store or auto body supply store will have a double-sided tape made to attach trim to cars. Just what you need.
