Every day people show more interest on ATM machines but it doesn’t reduce the interest on bank braches. According to an independent search, people who live closer to a bank branch feel more comfortable.
Opening a new branch is more costly then installing a new ATM. But, banks should provide “connect to customer service” option on the ATMs where the customers can not reach their bank branch.
To do this, they can create voice or text communication line between customer service and ATM via GPRS or Telephone line.
