  1. Anyone know why I'm not able to view my weekly journals for 2004? They only
go back to the beginning of this year (2005), basically everything that I
entered on a weekly basis last year when I was on the plan is not able to be
seen. Why do they have you keep journals with your weight loss progress,
only to not let you see your account when a new year begins? That is
    pointless!

    STARTED ATKINS AS A 31 Y/O WM: 3-1-04 @ 6'1", 310 lbs!
    COMPLETED ATKINS AS A 32 Y/O WM: 10-30-04 @ 6'1", 168 lbs!
    TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS: 142 lbs!
*NO EXCESS FLAB OR SKIN - 100% COMPLETELY TONED WITHOUT ANY 'COSMETIC'
SURGERY*! (Yeah, I was VERY lucky)!

To this day, I STILL eat 'low carb', I just don't 'count'!

  2. I know Scott, Atkins was the first place I recorded my entries too.- input
your stuff into fitday-At least they kept my photo up.

At that, you both might be better off posting a weekly synopsis edited
to keep the information you want that gets archived through Google.
    You know that won't disappear.

    Take care,
    Carmen

  4. I use fitday personal now- finally paid for it, but it was worth it. I input
my recipes and favorite foods in it and as long as my hard drive holds up-
or I finally back up my files, my diet history will be there. The novelty of
a new task helped me lose the next 5 pounds- so well worth it to me.
