Hiya all, I was an avid rider, but two weeks ago, I had arthroscopic hip surgery, so my question is this, if anyone else has had this procedure, how long did it take you to ride again? I have been doing the exercises(as much as i can) of graham streets, cyclocore. But Im just afraid to hop on the bike and have so much pain, I cant ride!
