Armstrong withdraws from Tour of Qatar (Sports Illustrated)

DOHA, Qatar (AP) -- Six-time Tour de France champion Lance Armstrong has pulled out of the Tour of Qatar, citing family reasons. The Qatar race is scheduled for Jan. 31-Feb. 4.
