SILVER SPRING, Md. (AP) - Lance Armstrong is still unsure about his plans for this year's Tour de France. Armstrong on Monday said he plans to ride in several of the European spring classics before deciding in late April whether to try for a seventh consecutive Tour de France victory in July.
