Armstrong to Simeoni

He is not Patron. He is "il capo di tutti i cappi" and he behaved like a
mafioso with Simeoni.

For those that think it was a sudden impulse...this is what Noval (USP) had
to say (he is a bit naive yet)

OK, the outcome was that the break got caught with 50m to go. But
that's different from chasing as soon as he moves...

Perhaps, once the maillot jaune was in the bag, then enforcement could
