    L'Equipe is silent so far, preferring to focus on events in Spain. Be
    interesting to see if and what they say about it.

    But according to Procycling
    (http://www.procycling.com/news.aspx?ID=2150), the UCI has not reacted
    well to the fact that the report which was prepared by a lawyer (Mr
    Emile Vrijman) who was commissioned by the UCI, has been released to
    the press before they've had a chance to see it!!

    I'm glad that's cleared that up then!
