You can use "GPS Utility" to convert your data from a large variety of
formats into Anquet AEF files. These files can be imported into Anquet
and can then be saved as ARF files. Please see :
www.gpsu.co.uk

Also see the 'Import File Converter" for getting data into GPSU and
check the Help topic in GPSU on 'minimal format files'.

For transferring the data to Anquet check the Help topic in GPSU on
'Anquet'. You need to export the data with GPSU set to either the
BRITISH GRID or the Numeric form of the British Grid.

The Freeware version of GPSU is limited to 100 waypoints, otherwise it
is more or less fully functional.
